A recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Maintenance department with the appointment of a Reliability Engineer.
As Reliability Engineer, you will responsible forenhancing the reliability and efficiency ofproduction systems through advanced diagnostic and predictive technologies.
Working from their manufacturing facility in Shropshire,the ReliabilityEngineer will be responsible for:
1. Lead the implementation of condition-based monitoring systems to predict and prevent equipment failures, optimizing asset reliability and performance.
2. Spearhead root cause analysis initiatives to identify underlying issues and implement strategic solutions that reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
3. Champion the integration of automation technologies to modernize maintenance practices, aligning with the companys vision for a highly automated environment.
4. Develop and oversee a robust reliability program that includes advanced data analytics, control systems, and Condition Based Monitoring to forecast maintenance needs and streamline operations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement control systems that improve process efficiency and safety.
6. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.
