Our client is a main car dealership, who are now seeking to recruit an exceptional and experienced Showroom Manager for their busy and thriving site.
Showroom Manager Role
1. To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be co-ordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives.
2. To provide support, coaching, and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability, being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s.
3. To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability.
4. To oversee the enquiry management process.
5. To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintained.
6. To maintain accurate and up-to-date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.
7. To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling, and sales deals.
About You
1. Experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager, or Transaction Manager is ideal.
2. Good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DMS; training will be provided to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulation.
3. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
4. Positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to work.
5. Proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management, and administrative duties.
6. Valid driving license.
