**SENIOR PROCUREMENT MANAGER**
Solihull ( 3 days per week in office) | £80,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

**Responsibilities Included**
- Provide direction and leadership to all direct reports while seeking opportunities to transform the delivery of the function.
- Oversee all sourcing activities, including supplier onboarding, local and central reporting, governance, and control.
- Manage the Procurement, Outsourcing & Supplier Risk Committee delivery and the implementation of risk management policies.
- Ensure compliance with e2e policies, sourcing limits, governance, and control frameworks in line with business strategic aims.
- Lead engagement with cross functional counterparts to ensure adherence to best practices and group policies
