What you’ll be doing
Are you passionate about problem-solving and effective communication? As a Resolution Coordinator connecting with energy clients and installer partners, you’ll keep things running smoothly in a risk and governance‑driven setup. You’ll team up with Compliance and Reporting Analysts, plus Finance, under the guidance of our Submissions Team Lead – making a big impact in our ECO delivery. You’ll maintain and update records regularly, deliver accurate reports, and keep stakeholders informed. Stay ahead of guidance updates from DESNZ, Ofgem, and funder partners, ensuring we’re compliant. Take on varied duties to support our mission. The role is hybrid, with working from our Sutton or Aylesbury offices.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in an admin/client facing role
* Experience with Excel
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Preffered but not essential - Knowledge and experience of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) including scheme rules and compliance requirements.
