Their Cardiff office is expanding, and we recruiting for a dynamic and driven Legal Recruitment Consultant to join their vibrant team. They care about their people and the service they provide.Key Responsibilities:Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms and legal departments in South Wales and across the UK.Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage top legal talent through various channels, including LinkedinRecruiter, networking, job boards, and social media.Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct interviews and assess the suitability of candidates for specific legal roles.Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and expand our client base within the legal sector.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, legal salary benchmarks, and the legal job market to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.Negotiation: Manage the offer process between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth negotiation and acceptance process.Placement: Successfully place candidates in legal roles, from junior associates to senior partners.What We’re Looking For:Experience: Must have previous 360 agency permanent recruitment experience; other sectors outside of legal will be considered.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with both clients and candidates.
