We’re Hiring: Payroll/HR Assistant – Edinburgh or Glasgow
Join a leading legal firm and support payroll, benefits and recognition processes that drive employee engagement.
Key responsibilities:
* Undertake a range of payroll responsibilities
* Processing accurate monthly payrolls using Cintra IQ
* Responding to queries, providing reports, calculations, reconciliations, and other tasks associated with payroll administration
* Administer benefits and recognition schemes
* Support salary reviews and compliance
* Prepare reports and assist with projects
What you’ll need:
* 2 years experience of working in an administrative role ideally within a payroll practice, preferably within a professional services environment
* Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
