Role: ESOL Lecturer

Contract Type: Temporary, Full Time (36 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £35 - £36 per hour

Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Temporary ESOL Lecturer to join a dynamic team at a leading college in Greater Manchester.
This is a full time temporary role to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality ESOL lessons across Entry Level to Level 2.
* Plan, prepare, and implement engaging and effective teaching materials.
* Support learners in achieving their academic and personal development goals.
* Assess and track learner progress, providing timely feedback.
* Ensure all lessons meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ESOL department.
Essential Requirements:
* A recognised ESOL teaching qualification (e.g., CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent).
* Experience teaching ESOL at Entry Level through to Level 2.
* Strong knowledge of current ESOL curriculum and best teaching practices.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A student-centred approach with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
Desirable:
* Experience working in a further education environment.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
A DBS On the update service is also needed for this role.
