The successful candidate will manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to appointment and follow-up, ensuring every interaction is professional and reassuring. This is a busy, front-of-house role liaising with specialists, managers and external partners, with a hands-on approach to daily operations. Key responsibilities Meet and greet all visitors and provide a high level of customer service at all times. Manage customers needs, follow-up appointment/bookings; maintain records on internal systems. Meet conversion-rate KPIs from consultation to booked service. Maintain the reception environment to high standards. Serve as GDPR lead for the site; Fire Marshall and Health & Safety lead. Act as out-of-hours emergency contact.Skills & experience Office/front-of-house experience with confident telephone handling.
