This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, working with fresh food, and being at the centre of logistics, stock, and customer service activity. You'll work closely with the UK Country Manager and international teams to ensure products move smoothly from overseas growers into the UK market.
The Role
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll oversee the flow of products and information once goods arrive in the UK, managing stock, coordinating movements, and ensuring customer requirements are met on time and in full. You'll be the communication link between suppliers, packing sites, logistics partners, and customer distribution centres.
This is a hands-on role where you'll keep operations running smoothly, spot issues early, and help drive improvements across UK supply chain processes.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and entering customer orders, flagging any discrepancies early
Coordinating end-to-end UK supply chain activity: stock levels, timelines, shipments, and product movements
Communicating daily with packing sites, logistics partners and distribution centres
Supporting the UK Country Manager with product information, date codes and packing details
Checking and verifying invoices from logistics/operational partners
Maintaining accurate documentation, reports and operational records
Identifying bottlenecks, issues or risks-and proposing practical solutions
Ensuring high levels of service, accuracy and operational discipline
The Person We're Looking For
Experience in fresh produce, food, FMCG, or a fast-paced operational environment
Strong communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders confidently
Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling shifting priorities
Solid skills in Excel, Outlook and general digital workflows
Confident with data, stock information and time-sensitive processes
Proactive and able to work independently with a "get things done" mentality
Open to occasional travel within the UK and internationally when needed
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and solving problems early
What's On Offer
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year
Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30, with occasional weekend work from home if required
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
Statutory pension scheme
Hybrid working: primarily remote to start, with plans for a new UK office opening in the local region
Close collaboration with an experienced Country Manager
The chance to support a growing UK operation and move into more senior roles as the team expands
