Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in a maintenance, caretaking or facilities role (school or education setting desirable but not essential)
* Practical skills in basic repairs, maintenance and use of hand and power tools
* Understanding of health and safety procedures and safe working practices
* Ability to carry out routine checks and report defects or issues promptly
* Organised, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a small team
* Positive, professional approach when working around pupils and staff
* Eligibility to work in the UK
