This is a full‑time and permanent position working for a well‑established care company in the field of mental health, learning disabilities and autism. Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead and direct the day‑to‑day management.
* Ensure high‑quality, person‑centred care in line with CQC standards.
* Supervise, mentor, and develop staff teams.
* Oversee support plans tailored to each individual's needs and aspirations.
* Manage budgets, health & safety, and compliance requirements.
* Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies.
* Drive service improvement and quality outcomes.
Personal Characteristics
* Proven experience managing a residential or supported living service.
* Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and quality assurance.
* Diploma (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards.
* Resilient, compassionate leadership style with excellent communication skills.
* Passion for supporting vulnerable adults and achieving high safeguarding standards.
