About the Role
Pyramid Plus is a joint venture between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, compliance, planned works, and fire risk assessment services. Supporting over 23,500 homes, we complete more than 38,000 repairs, 1,000 void refurbishments, and install 600 kitchens and bathrooms each year.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Roofer to join our team in Ealing, working across occupied and void social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carrying out general roofing repairs across occupied and void properties
2. Replacing roof tiles, felt roofing, and timber battens
3. Completing chimney repairs and rebuilds
4. Installing and repairing flat roofs, including felt and asphalt systems
5. Undertaking lead work including flashings, soakers, and valley gutters
6. Repairing and installing ridge, verge, and hip tiles
7. Guttering and downpipe repairs and replacements
8. Installing and maintaining fascias, soffits, and barge boards
9. Completing roof insulation works to joists and rafters
10. Installing and repairing roof vents, eaves ventilation, and ducting
11. Repairing rooflights and skylights
12. Responding to emergency callouts following storm damage or leaks
13. Identifying defects and recommending remedial works
14. Working with reclaimed roofing materials where required
15. Ensuring all works meet health and safety standards and Decent Homes requirements
16. Accurately recording materials used and time spent on jobs
17. Communicating clearly with tenants and site supervisors
18. Supporting planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes
Role Criteria
19. Proven experience in domestic roofing repairs
20. Previous social housing experience preferred
21. Full UK driving licence

To drive a Mears vehicle, candidates must be aged 21 or over, have held a licence for at least 3 months, and have no more than 9 points.
