We are looking for a Finance & Payroll Manager to develop and lead our financial strategy, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. 1. Develop and lead the financial strategy aligned with long-term commercial and operational objectives.
2. Act as a business partner to the CFO and executive team, contributing to strategic decisions, scenario planning, and risk management.
3. Lead the preparation of board-level financial reports and participate in board or senior leadership meetings as required.
4. Drive cost efficiency and value creation, identifying opportunities to improve margins and reduce overheads.
5. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
6. Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
