Responsibilities
As Head of History, you will:
* Lead and manage the History Department, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning.
* Drive curriculum development, assessment strategies and pupil achievement.
* Take a School-wide responsibility for decolonising the curriculum, ensuring inclusivity and broad perspectives in historical education.
* Support and develop staff through effective leadership and professional development.
* Manage departmental resources and budgets efficiently.
* Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
