About the Role:
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and seamless onboarding. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in high-volume recruitment, compliance, and onboarding within the healthcare sector, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
* Accurately and efficiently issue new starter paperwork.
* Collaborate with service and line managers to ensure a smooth candidate journey from application to induction.
* Manage recruitment administration tasks, including right-to-work checks, DBS processing, reference verification, and personal detail collection.
* Guide candidates through the post-offer process, minimising withdrawals.
What We're Looking For:
* A customer-focused approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
* Confidence to constructively challenge processes when necessary.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Proven experience supporting a busy team in a fast-paced Recruitment/HR environment.
* Previous healthcare recruitment experience, whether in-house, RPO, or agency settings.

Working Hours and Location:
About the role:
* Salary £15,210 (£25,350 FTE)
* The hours are between Monday - Friday, 22 hours per week, to be agreed
* This role is a hybrid role with 60% of your time in our office in Segensworth and 40% at home
