Responsibilities:
1. Assist the legal team with secretarial tasks, typing, filing, scanning, and general admin support.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and files.
3. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
5. Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
6. Proven experience as a legal assistant or admin professional.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Strong organisational and time management skills.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
