We are looking for a Production Analyst to join our growing team in Campsie, Derry/Londonderry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting production performance, improving efficiency, and driving data-led decision-making across our manufacturing operations. The Role: As a Production Analyst, you'll work closely with Operations, Production, Engineering and Planning teams to transform data into actionable insights that improve productivity, quality and operational performance. Key responsibilities: Analysing production metrics, KPIs and operational performance data. Identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. Producing daily, weekly and monthly performance reports. Monitoring manufacturing efficiency, downtime and quality metrics. Supporting root cause analysis and problem-solving activities. Developing dashboards and visualisations to communicate performance. Supporting capacity planning and production scheduling activities. Maintaining production databases and reporting systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Supporting Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence programmes. Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Analytics or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years' experience within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience working with ERP systems and manufacturing data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and performance metrics. Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience: Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with statistical analysis techniques. Previous experience within electronics, engineering or critical infrastructure manufacturing environments. Why Join us?
