Overview
Pets at Home delivers high‑quality pet care across the UK. Our Pet Care Centres combine grooming salons, retail stores and veterinary practices to provide exceptional support for pets and their owners.
Responsibilities
* Lead grooming appointments, delivering high‑quality grooms with precision and care.
* Engage pet owners daily, demonstrating strong communication and customer‑service skills.
* Maintain grooming facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
* Support team members’ growth through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications
* Experienced, qualified and confident in all aspects of dog grooming, from bathing to breed‑specific styling.
* Hold a recognised grooming qualification.
* Customer‑focused with a friendly, professional approach.
* Flexible and reliable, able to work a variable schedule across six days a week (minimum 24 hours/week).
* Team‑oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced retail environment.
* Goal‑driven, with experience in target‑led environments (preferred).
