Practice Nurse – Part-Time (27 Hours per Week) – Grantham

Key Responsibilities:
* Management and monitoring of long-term conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and COPD
* Administering childhood and adult immunisations and vaccinations
* Conducting cervical cytology
* Providing wound care and management
* Delivering health promotion advice and lifestyle support
* Supporting patients with family planning and sexual health advice
* Assisting with minor surgery and other treatment room duties
* Maintaining accurate patient records using EMIS (or similar system)
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse
* Previous experience working in a general practice or primary care setting
* Competence in chronic disease management and treatment room duties
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A flexible, patient-centred approach to care
* The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
