Job Requirements
* Recognised trade qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. pipefitting, mechanical engineering, fabrication, or similar)
* Experience in supervising pipe/mechanical teams, preferably in shipbuilding or heavy engineering
* Strong understanding of marine piping systems
* Ability to manage diverse trade teams and drive productivity
* Safety‑focused approach with excellent communication skills
