Responsibilities

* Manage food production processes, including portioning, plating, and presentation
* Collaborate with team members to coordinate service during busy periods
* Contribute to menu planning and development under guidance from senior chefs
* Oversee kitchen cleanliness and organisation, ensuring compliance with health regulations
* Support in training new team members and fostering a positive team environment
Qualifications
* Proven experience in food production, cooking, or kitchen environments
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
* Previous supervisory or team management experience is desirable
