Hospital Manager – Cygnet Alders Clinic

Cygnet Alders Clinic
Cygnet Alders Clinic is a 20‑bed rehabilitation service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs.
We provide a specialist, psychologically informed personality disorder pathway across three living areas: Severn (assessment and stabilisation), Avon (service users progress with their treatment pathway) and Coln (transitioning to the community).
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, our Hospital Managers provide strong and effective leadership to the onsite team to ensure the integrity of all functions within the service – Clinical, Finance, HR, Recruitment and Support Services. The role is responsible for the overall day‑to‑day running and strategic direction of the service.
* Ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements, meeting all clinical, budgetary, regulatory and service development targets.
* Implement risk assessment, risk management and embed clinical and operational governance within the service.
* Provide a high‑quality service, both in client care and employee engagement.
* Ensure effective bed management and coordination of referrals and assessments in conjunction with the Clinical Team.
* Lead appropriate investigations, participate in audit requirements, ensure all group policies and procedures are adhered to, and review and develop opportunities for improved quality and commercial growth.
We are looking for someone who is
* A Registered Mental Health Nurse.
* An experienced, talented, and compassionate leader with strong line management and communication skills.
* An effective people, time and task manager with a proven track record of working with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care.
