Job Title: TIG Welder
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Salary: £15ph-£16ph & Overtime Available @ increased rates
Working Hours: 06:30-15:00 (earlies and late shifts also available)
We are seeking a skilled welder to work for a well-established engineering firm in Ipswich, Suffolk. This role involves a varied welding duties, utilizing MIG & TIG welding techniques, with TIG experience being essential.
To be successful in this role, you MUST:
* Be able to TIG & MIG weld mild & stainless steel
* Work independently and read engineering drawings
* Follow weld symbols and standards as required
The company offers a well-maintained, clean workshop that follows lean manufacturing processes.
Welder Fabricator Duties Include:
* Welding from 1mm-15mm
* Fabricating with various hand & power tools
* Using cutting, drilling & grinding machinery
* Adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements: Must be a competent welder with at least 5+ years of experience in the field. Ability to work on your own initiative is essential.
