Lecturer IT Management (m/f/d) at The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF)
IU Group is seeking a Lecturer in IT Management (m/f/d) for LIBF on a permanent, full-time, or part-time basis (minimum 12 hours per week), starting May 1, 2025. The position is based in London and offers a flexible working arrangement combining remote and on-site duties.
Your Tasks:
1. Deliver courses in IT Management topics, including IT Architecture Management, IT Governance and Compliance, Project Management, IT Service Management, Requirements Engineering, Ethics and Sustainability in IT, and IT Infrastructure.
2. Conduct live sessions, prepare and follow up on classes, and engage with students through course feeds.
3. Create media content, such as adapting scripts and developing exam guides.
4. Participate in committee meetings and collaborate on didactic projects for course development.
5. Supervise and mentor students, preparing them for their professional careers.
6. Create and grade assessments, ensuring high-quality teaching materials.
Your Profile:
1. Relevant academic background in IT.
2. Practical experience in the field and subject area.
3. Experience in higher education teaching, recognized by a fellowship of the Advance Higher Education, a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE), or an equivalent qualification.
4. Ability to create engaging teaching materials, with online teaching experience considered an advantage.
5. Strong interest in innovative digital education.
6. Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for student interaction.
