Job Description Mechanical Maintenance Technician – Cranes & Heavy Plant Location: Shotton (CH5) Salary: £33,477 – £36,651 Bonus Hours: Days, 8am – 4pm Keep Industry Moving – Maintain the Machines That Matter Are you a hands-on mechanical engineer with a knack for keeping heavy machinery running smoothly? This is your chance to join a specialist maintenance team supporting critical crane operations at a major UK manufacturing site. The Role: You’ll be responsible for the mechanical maintenance, overhaul, and repair of overhead travelling cranes—equipment that plays a vital role in lifting and moving materials across a busy industrial environment. You’ll also support general production line maintenance during downtime and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
