Role
After a proper induction to the business a personal development plan will be drawn up for you. It will outline the steps you need to take to realise your ambition and become a fully‑fledged accountant. Life at DJH is fast‑paced, engaging, creative, rewarding and you will learn loads every day.
Responsibilities
* Be part of a talented team and add value to the exceptional work we deliver
* Prepare year‑end financial statements for a wide range of clients
* Calculate corporation and personal tax liabilities and propose tax planning ideas
* Shadow, question and learn to help you achieve your ambition and be victorious in your AAT studies
* Build long‑lasting relationships with clients and wove them daily
Qualifications
* Excellent academic background: 5 GCSEs level 5+ and level 6 or above in both Maths and English, on track to achieve 3 A Levels (or equivalent) Grade C or above
* Love getting to know people and cultivating long‑lasting relationships
* A sponge and totally enjoy learning
* Motivated to deliver extraordinary service and embrace our Proven Process
* Proactive attitude towards tasks, big or small
* Motivated by a fast‑paced, bustling environment
