The Spa at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa is a Scottish escape for guests and visitors alike. We provide a multi-sensory experience with a focus on relaxation and self‑care. Our recent refurbishment has improved our sustainable offering by introducing new elements such as our brand‑new Snow Bliss shower, and enhancing our well‑loved Pool and Sauna.
We are looking for team members who can showcase what we offer, create sophisticated and transformative experiences while embracing sustainability and natural elements.

Responsibilities
* Guest interactions: ensure all guests are welcomed to the Spa in a 5* manner, educate guests on our offerings and discuss all options with them.
* Managing bookings: take bookings from guests either in person or via phone, guide them through our Spa journey.
* Promoting our products: promote and upsell treatments and products, recommending based on guest interaction.
Qualifications
* Availability to work 32 hours per week across a variety of shifts.
* Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist within a destination Spa or Hotel Spa desirable, or general hospitality experience.
* Interest in Spa and Wellness; passion and existing knowledge is great.
* Experience with diary‑based systems desirable.
* High communication skills – daily interaction with guests and other departments.
* Drive to produce results; commitment to service within Kimpton family.
* A warm and authentic personality, can‑do attitude and commitment to service.
* Willingness to work within the team and embrace service & guests delight.
