Job Responsibilities:
* Supporting people in developing and maintaining daily living skills.
* Identifying and meeting the needs of those we care for.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with people, team members, and the local community.
* Positively encouraging choices in keeping with the rights of people with a Learning Disability.
* Participating and assisting with defined care plans, encouraging individuals to take an active role in all aspects of daily living.
Requirements:
* A desire to work with people and make a difference in their daily lives.
* Experience in caring or working with a vulnerable adult.
Desired Criteria:
* Care Certificate.
* Experience of working within care or the desire and values to care for people.
* Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
* Willingness to participate in daily activities, including support in the home and local area.
* Ability to provide personal care.
* Moral and ethical standards, with a desire to work with dignity.
