Overview
Restaurant Team Members – Part Time 6 Hours Per Week, predominantly weekends. Flexible temporary role. At British Garden Centres we aim to deliver a great experience in our centres and create an exceptional dining experience as well. Must be fully flexible; hours involve weekend work. May be required to use a computerised tilling system. Will also involve usual duties associated with working in a busy restaurant. Must be friendly and confident for this customer-facing role. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, and adapt to the demands and speed of the business at peak trading. This role is for the run up to Christmas.

Main Duties
* Replenishing drinks and condiments
* Making coffees
* Serving customers
* Running food
* Pot wash
* Clearing and wiping tables
* Adhering to Health & Safety standards
* Changing bins
* Cleaning toilets
Experience and Skills
* Must have experience in a fast-paced food business or coffee shop setting
* Excellent customer service skills
* Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team
* Knowledge of COSSH and food standards
* Good communication skills
* Professional and reliable
* Remain calm under pressure
