Leader Education are recruiting an Autism Support Assistant to work at a large SEND School based in Whitley Bay. The ideal Autism Support Assistant will have a good amount of knowledge on how to support children with Autism as well as experience in working with children with SEND on a 1:1 basis. The school caters for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Key Stages 1 to 4. The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 4:30pm and is a long-term position.
