Join the leadership team at one of the Cotswolds most respected food led establishments. The Bower House is a beautifully restored restaurant with rooms, open Wednesday to Sunday, serving thoughtful British food in a relaxed, elevated setting.
Were looking for a confident, hands-on Assistant Manager to work closely with the Restaurant Manager across both front of house operations and our five boutique bedrooms.
Youll be part of a close-knit team delivering high standards of service, helping to lead shifts, support staff training, and be the go-to contact for our guests.
What were offering:
Choose from 40 hours (£31,500) or 45 hours (£35,500)
Tronc between £250 - £350 per month, paid net
3 evening shifts and 2 splits each week (business dependent)
Work in a rosette level environment with a reputation for quality
Supportive, hands on senior team
