Mitchell Adam are pleased to be working with a stable and growing manufacturing business based just outside Dudley in the Black Country, who are looking to appoint a capable Finance Analyst into their close-knit finance team. Operating across multiple sectors, the business has maintained strong performance and continues to build on this success, offering a secure and progressive environment for someone looking to develop their career within manufacturing finance.
Working closely with an experienced Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts for both UK and EU entities, delivering accurate and timely reporting to senior leadership. Alongside core reporting, you will be responsible for producing a cashflow forecast for international owners, supporting budgeting and audit processes, and analysing margin performance across sites. You will also review cost movements and variances, providing clear insight to help improve financial transparency and support decision-making across the business.
Skills Needed
* Experience producing management accounts within a commercial or manufacturing environment. * Confident Excel user, comfortable compiling reports and analysing financial data. * Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. * AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, with a proactive and reliable approach.
