We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Support professional to join our operations team. This role is all about enabling the smooth running of our internal systems so our client-facing teams can deliver their best work—every time.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Business Systems Support, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the backbone of our business – our internal systems – running efficiently. You’ll work across platforms like SharePoint, Monday.com, SkillsWorkflow, Timely, oneXRM and others to maintain data accuracy, user access, and support across departments.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Managing user access, roles, permissions and licenses across multiple systems
* Monitoring workflows, data feeds, and reporting anomalies
* Supporting onboarding/offboarding of team members and contractors
* Maintaining documentation, templates and How To guides as systems evolve
* Providing support to internal teams and raising vendor tickets where required
* Ensuring system records are complete and up to date for compliance and performance
* Collaborating with departments to improve system use and resolve issues quickly
What You Will Bring
* At least 2 years of experience in a business systems or operations support role
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
* Experience working across a range of SaaS tools (e.g. SharePoint, Monday.com, Timely, SkillsWorkflow)
* A proactive approach to solving problems and spotting data inconsistencies
* Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise across teams
* High attention to detail and an ability to stay organised while managing multiple systems
* Comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote setting
