Main duties of the job

* Provide the Home Visitservice for the practice.
* Assess, diagnose, anddevelop effective clinical management plans.
* Provide face-to-face ortelephone consultations for undifferentiated patient presentations.
* Manage acute and chronicconditions with confidence and compassion.
* Offer patient education andsupport, promoting self-management and healthy choices.
* Contribute to the deliveryof practice policies and procedures.

Job responsibilities
As aprimary care Paramedic, youll play a key role in managing minor illnesses,common GP surgery presentations, and long-term conditions. Youll work bothindependently and collaboratively, ensuring our patients receive the higheststandard of care.

Person Specification
Experience
* Ability to assess, diagnose, and manage a range of conditions autonomously.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
* Ability to drive and have own transport.
* Experience of working in primary care would be good but not essential.
Qualifications
* Mandatory Requirements:
* Registered Paramedic with relevant qualifications
