The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to patients and supporting healthcare professionals in a collaborative and inclusive environment. Responsibilities Assisting healthcare professionals in delivering patient care and treatment plans Providing personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team Supporting patients with mobility and transportation needs Maintaining a clean and safe healthcare environment Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Adhering to all healthcare protocols, including infection control and patient privacy regulations Qualifications Certification or training as a Healthcare Assistant or in an Allied Health field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and compassion for patients and their families Ability to work effectively in a team environment Understanding of patient safety and infection control practices Physical stamina and ability to lift and assist patients when necessary Day-to-day Assisting patients with their daily activities Collaborating with healthcare professionals to support patient care plans Ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients Recording and reporting patient information accurately Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Embracing diversity and promoting an inclusive healthcare environment
