Regional Payroll Manager - 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Location: Reading (2 days per week in office)
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + Bonus
Additional Benefits: Generous annual leave, 2pm Friday finishes, international travel opportunities
Are you an experienced payroll leader with strong EMEA expertise? Our client is seeking a Regional Payroll Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals across multiple regions
* Oversee payroll operations across diverse markets
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver payroll transformation projects
* Shape and implement new payroll policies
* Ensure compliance through successful management of internal and external audits
* Support and develop your team to achieve their full potential
Experience & Qualifications
* Proven track record in EMEA payroll management
* Strong people management skills, with experience leading remote/regional teams
* Fluent in English and French (both essential)
* A proactive leader with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and best practice
* Proven experience with continuous improvement & payroll projects
