The Role:
Maintain and repair a growing fleet across the UK and Europe. You’ll handle everything from routine inspections to complex engine replacements while working with a collaborative team dedicated to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain, inspect, and repair vessel systems (engines, gearboxes, hydraulics, electrics).
* Diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions.
* Train crew on maintenance best practices.
* Travel across the UK and Europe for on-site maintenance and repairs.
* Uphold safety and quality standards at all times.
About You:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical/Marine Engineering.
* 3-4 years’ marine or ship engineering experience
* STCW qualifications and a full valid driving license.
* Problem-solving mindset, strong teamwork skills, and flexibility to travel/on-call.
What We Offer:
* Salary of £40,000-£45,000 with bonuses.
* Hybrid & Remote working with office days in Scarborough.
* 28 days annual leave (increasing to 33 with tenure).
