Job Description: HSBC Premier Relationship Manager

Role Overview: The Premier Relationship Manager acts as the primary contact for a portfolio of mass affluent clients with a net worth of £250k to £750k. You will build and maintain strong relationships, grow your customer portfolio, and secure new business. This role involves managing existing clients and supporting their financial needs, including investments, savings, retirement planning, and family protection.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering tailored Relationship & Wealth Management services to clients.
* Acting as a Brand Ambassador for HSBC, providing exceptional customer experiences.
* Identifying customer needs and referring them to appropriate specialists.
* Managing customer welfare in collaboration with Wealth Managers.
* Enhancing client relationships and contributing to income generation.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-facing role within financial services, especially with affluent clients.
* Relationship-building skills and experience in cultivating trust.
* Ability to identify wealth needs and refer to specialists.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Collaborative skills and understanding of risk management and compliance.
* Knowledge of financial planning and wealth products is a plus but not essential.
This branch-based role is located in Grantham or Boston, with travel to Skegness, Wisbech, and Louth. A driving license and personal vehicle are required due to geographical client locations.
