What are we looking for in this position?
* Provide on-site technical support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of med tech products.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimise downtime.
* Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on the machines to ensure optimal performance.
* Provide support to customers by way of customer training and demonstrations.
* Provide feedback on recurring technical issues for continuous improvement.
What will we need you to have?
* Proven experience as a Field Engineer or Service Technician.
* Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing machines on site
* Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Full Driving Licence and able to be road-based Monday to Friday
