Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team responsible for core configuration and definition management.
* Maintain and update work instructions and process procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to upgrade and optimize Product Lifecycle Management tools, particularly Teamcenter.
* Drive activities related to core configuration management, ensuring adherence to documentation standards and technical controls.
* Manage projects aimed at process development and improvement, ensuring effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
* In-depth knowledge of configuration, definitions, and documentation processes.
* Experience in large OEM organizations with complex products.
* Proven experience in process ownership and configuration management, especially in technical control of introduction points.
* Proficiency in Teamcenter (PLM2020), AWC, NX, and a solid understanding of SAP.
* Broad understanding of gas turbine products and a structured, analytical approach.
