We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Clinical Support solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in devising and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing both the sales and marketing departments, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve our business objectives.
You will collaborate with the team to conduct market research, create engaging content for various marketing channels, and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise results. Additionally, you will support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities and assist in the creation of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools, and experience with market research and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Execute the sales and marketing plan
- Handle incoming enquiries efficiently to meet annual sales targets.
- Utilise effective sales techniques to secure client confirmations and drive conversions.
- Maintain regular contact with past clients to enhance conversion rates.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities and performance against targets.
Marketing:
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media platforms, website, and other digital channels
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimize results
- Support the planning and execution of events, shows, and promotional activities
- Develop strategies to improve efficiencies and expand customer base
- Organize and conduct training events for clients and staff
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
Business Development:
- Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with potential clients within the corporate office sector/venues.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Utilise market research and industry insights to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
Administration:
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales and marketing achievements and activities.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and correspondence.
- Plan and manage diaries effectively to optimize productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent market experience of 4-5 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Experience with market research and data analysis
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
- Excellent attention to detail

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
