The Role:
* Deliver engaging and practical Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Foster a love for learning and encourage scientific enquiry and experimentation
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
* Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback and interventions where necessary
* Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Science at secondary level (specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics welcomed)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A passion for promoting STEM education and inspiring future scientists
* Commitment to fostering academic success and personal growth among students
