We are looking for an experienced School Administrator to join our front-office team in the heart of St. Helens. If you have experience with SIMS and thrive in a busy school environment, we want to hear from you.
What Were Looking For
* Previous experience working in a school office is essential.
* Proficiency in SIMS (School Information Management System) is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining accurate student records using SIMS.
* Managing the schools front-office, welcoming visitors, and handling inquiries.
* Assisting with attendance monitoring and reporting.
* General clerical duties including filing, mailing, and coordinating school communications.
