What you’ll do

We provide our clients across all our service lines with a dedicated Conveyancing team, backed by cutting-edge case management technology, allowing us to focus on exceptional customer service and quality. As an experienced Conveyancer you will work with the wider team to provide businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions.

In this role, you’ll:

* Be part of a market leading Conveyancing team.
* Take ownership of your own caseload, managing matters through to completion.
* Provide individuals and businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of New Homes conveyancing transactions.
* Undertake and oversee such tasks as reviewing key documentation, managing completion and resolving client due diligence issues.
* Drive forward each transaction, understanding each client’s specific requirements and acknowledging the intricacies of their instructions.
* Ensure an appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters are met.
* Work closely with the wider team, including assistant level resource to guarantee a first-class service is provided.
