Support Worker Team Leader Mental Health Care Home £14.00 £14.50 per hour 4 Shifts Per Week Herefordshire About Us: Aston House is a small, family-run mental health care home in Herefordshire, and were looking for an experienced Support Worker Team Leader to join our growing staff team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone confident, caring, and committed to leading by example in a supportive environment. Shifts: ( 4 per week) Morning: 8:00am 3:00pm Afternoon: 2:30pm 9:30pm Possible Sleep Shift (dependent on staff levels) Requirements: Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role within a mental health care setting is essential Strong spoken and written English Organised, reliable, and confident in supporting staff and residents Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently A caring, patient and professional attitude is essential A solid understanding of mental health conditions and recovery-focused care approaches Experience and Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care Training & Development: We are committed to investing in our staff and actively promote paid training opportunities to help you grow and thrive in your career.
