Your Responsibilities
Deliver tailored, inclusive learning that ignites confidence Create structured, nurturing environments for students who thrive with clarity and consistency Work closely with staff, families, and support specialists (magical or not!) Support students with EHCPs, SEMH needs, neurodiversity, cognition and learning needs, and more Bring creativity, compassion, and high expectations to every lesson
