Responsibilities
* Strategic oversight of SEND and Safeguarding, line‑managing the School’s SENDCO and Student Support Manager.
* Collaboration with the Head of Personal Development & Social Sciences to ensure provision of personal development for all students.
* Active contribution to the senior leadership team alongside the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, other Assistant Headteachers, and Services Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Full enhanced DBS check.
* Meet the person specification upon appointment.
