The Role
As a Team Leader, it will be your duty to oversee the day-to-day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.
They are looking for candidates who have obtained an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions. You will be paid an additional A GBP 60 per sleep-in.
As a Team Leader, you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional A GBP 10 per session.

The service is tailored to the individuals' needs, enabling people to build on living skills and independence and achieve daily tasks in their homes. Accessing the local community for activities, making friends, and being part of the community is an important part of this service.
