Job Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, greet every customer warmly, arranging repairs or addressing concerns as appropriate
Perform pre-tests, dispenses, collections, repairs and adjustments
Proactively engage with customers to explore their needs and offer assistance
Clearly communicate Specsavers products, services, and promotional offers to customers
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing front-of-store environment in line with Specsavers retail standards
Collaborate closely with the shop floor and clinical teams by monitoring the clinic flow and communicating any delays to enhance efficiency throughout the customer journey
Embrace change positively and promote cross-team collaboration in alignment with Specsavers' vision and values
