The Opportunity
We are representing a leading renewable energy developer, delivering renewable energy projects that benefit communities, the environment, and the economy. We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships & Community Manager to lead stakeholder engagement, public affairs, and community activity across England.
What you’ll do
* Lead engagement strategies for renewable energy projects from planning to operation.
* Build strong relationships with local communities, MPs, councillors, businesses, and voluntary organisations.
* Influence regional and national policy to support project consents.
* Plan and deliver community events, workshops, exhibitions, and consultations.
* Promote our community funds and sustainability initiatives.
Who you are
* Confident, credible, and persuasive with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Experienced in stakeholder engagement, community relations, or public affairs.
* Resilient, strategic, and able to deliver results under pressure.
* Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel.
* Pro renewable energy and politically agnostic.
* Likely to have prior commercial experience within construction infrastructure projects, energy, utilities, healthcare or retail or other industries that directly impact local communities.
* Make a tangible difference through renewable energy projects encompassing onshore Wind, Solar and BESS.
* Engage with communities and senior stakeholders across England.
